Calculation Logic
AMR (Adaptive Multi-Rate) is a lossy voice codec optimized for speech coding, widely used in early GSM smartphones. Due to its narrow frequency band, it is not suitable for high-fidelity audio, and modern desktop media players often lack the codecs to parse it.
Our client-side tool utilizes WebAssembly compiled libraries to parse the legacy AMR wrapper, decodes the narrowband speech frames, and packages them into standard MP3 audio streams.
