Calculation Logic
This tool uses pdf-lib in the browser to read each PDF, copy its pages, and append them to a new PDF document. The workflow uses local memory, the File API, and a Blob download URL.
EasyTools does not send PDF bytes to a server. Because there is no remote transfer step, performance mainly depends on page count, file size, device speed, and browser memory. Password-protected or structurally unusual PDFs may fail if the browser-side engine cannot read them.
FAQ
Are my PDF files saved anywhere?
No. PDF merging runs locally in your browser, and EasyTools servers do not receive, store, or inspect your file bytes.
Is there a file size limit for merging?
EasyTools does not set an upload quota. Very large PDFs are limited by your device memory, browser limits, and PDF complexity.
How can I merge PDFs without Adobe?
Select two or more PDFs, check the order, and click "Merge PDF". The process runs locally in your browser, so you do not need Adobe Acrobat or a cloud upload service.
Can I merge PDFs on mobile?
Yes. Modern mobile browsers with File API support can run the tool, although large files may be slower or memory constrained.
Will the merged PDF lose quality?
