Core Features
Massive File Size Reduction
Because PNG is a lossless format designed to support transparency, it often results in incredibly large file sizes. If you don't need a transparent background, converting your PNGs to JPEG can drastically reduce the file size by utilizing advanced compression, making them perfect for web uploads, email attachments, or simply saving disk space.
Adjustable JPEG Quality Settings
Don't settle for one-size-fits-all compression. Our tool empowers you with a precision quality slider ranging from 1% to 100%. You can easily find the perfect sweet spot between maintaining crystal-clear visuals and achieving tiny file sizes.
100% Private & Offline Conversion
When dealing with sensitive screenshots or personal graphics, privacy is paramount. Your files are completely safe with us because our engine loads your PNG and encodes the new JPEG entirely inside your computer's local memory. Absolutely no data is ever sent to or stored on a remote server.
Blazing Fast Batch Processing
Why suffer through the agonizing wait times and queues of cloud-based converters? You can drag and drop dozens of PNG files into our dropzone at once. Our local processor will convert all of them into JPEGs simultaneously, saving you time and frustration.

Calculation Logic
This application harnesses the power of your browser's internal HTML5 Canvas and JavaScript engine. It safely paints your uncompressed PNG data onto a virtual canvas and then leverages optimized, browser-native algorithms to export a standard image/jpeg byte stream in mere milliseconds, without ever making a network request.
FAQ
Will I lose transparency when converting my PNG to a JPEG?
Yes, you will. The JPEG format physically does not support transparent backgrounds (Alpha channels). If your original PNG image contains transparent areas, those areas will be automatically filled with a solid color (which is usually white) in the resulting JPEG image.
Why do I even need to convert a PNG to a JPEG?
Many government portals, legacy Content Management Systems (CMS), and strict exam registration websites have rigid file requirements and will only accept files with the .jpeg or .jpg extension. Furthermore, JPEGs are vastly superior and much more efficient for storing complex photographs containing millions of colors at a fraction of the file size.
Is my data safe if I use this tool?
Absolutely. Because all computations are executed locally on your own device, it is physically impossible for our servers to see, store, or share your images.
